1. The founders are great to work with. Regular meetings, regular access so you know exactly what is expected of you and exactly how you are doing without it feeling over-bearing. 2. Friendly people. I have worked at places where the environment is hostile and people don't help you with common company knowledge. This is far from that. Any and all questions I had were answered. As an ML intern, I regularly had requests about data and the everyone spent time to help me with it. 3. Friday evenings are party evenings ! We would gather as a company and reflect on the week that went by. Good because you know if you want to get involved with other teams and help them out with something. 4. i was juggling uni and a thesis and this internship and the founders were very supportive. if you want to learn stuff here, you are given the freedom to. no idea is too small.
