      Pros

      Ich habe dort einen großen Teil meiner Karriere verbracht und jede Minute sehr genossen. Unzählige Wachstumsmöglichkeiten, konnte wesentlich zum Produkt beitragen und an unglaublich harten und lohnenden technischen Herausforderungen arbeiten. Habe dort so viele tolle Menschen kennengelernt, die noch heute enge Freunde sind. Ich habe in meiner Karriere bei vielen Startups gearbeitet und Webflow war bei weitem die beste Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe. Nachdem ich gegangen war, um mich einem Start-up in der Frühphase anzuschließen, stellte ich schnell fest, dass das Start-up in der Frühphase eher wie ein großes Unternehmen mit mehr Politik als Webflow funktionierte, und jetzt möchte ich einfach zu Webflow zurückkehren.

      Hyperwachstum ist, was es ist, und geht mit Perioden der Stabilität und Anpassung einher. Einige Taschen und Teams im Unternehmen sind im Laufe der Zeit stabiler als andere. Im Vergleich zu anderen Unternehmen, die ein solches exponentielles Wachstum erlebt haben und weiterhin haben werden, denke ich, dass sie damit weitaus besser als der Durchschnitt umgehen.

      Pros

      - Seriously smart, kind coworkers - good culture even though remote, offsites and office if you want them - real ownership and trust at the IC level - C-suite and leaders are genuine and accessible - Proudly being remote-first seems to be rarer and rarer these days, no RTO anxiety - Time off, recharge days and sabbaticals are great

      - No longer covering 100% of healthcare costs, which was a very nice benefit - Lots of new people means it's harder to get to know people outside your teams - Things change, fast. Buckle up.

      * The base pay is not that competitive especially given the equity does not/might not amount to anything * Leadership drives decisions very quickly so it seems like expectations are always shifting
