Thanks for sharing this, and for three-plus years of building with us.
Sports metaphors don't land for everyone. The culture of humble, collaborative people is core to who we are. But we also play in a highly competitive space, and we owe it to our customers and to each other to play to win. Those two things aren't in tension for us. We can be kind, low-ego, and ambitious.
On AI tools feeling scattered: we made a deliberate choice to give our team broad access to the best tools available, invest heavily in enablement, and coordinate across the company so we're moving together. Models are evolving fast, and we want our team building real capability in step with that. The investment in our people and our future is real and accelerating.
On healthcare and benefits: I want to clear this up because part of it is outdated. Our approach is built around three principles, competitive, equitable, and sustainable. That means involving employees directly in what we offer and being honest about tradeoffs that let us sustain strong benefits for the long haul. Today we cover 95% of healthcare premiums for employees and 80% for families and dependents, which puts us at or above market for companies our size, and we added 401(k) matching based directly on employee feedback. We're proud of where this landed and committed to continuing to evolve it.
I appreciate the honesty, especially from someone who invested real time here. If you're ever open to going deeper on any of this, I'm at mike@
