Senior management turns over every ~2 years, no sustained vision. At least 5 years behind the market in terms of product innovation. Lost nearly 50% of clients in last 4 or so years; lots of unhappy current clients. It's a technological backwater. Corporate politics were grinding. Lots of unhappy people waiting to find a new job. From an HR perspective/career advancement - there was always the feeling the company was putting its interests ahead of yours.
