Parent company has shown that they do not care about workers, google the recent return to office video debacle. We were given 1-2 weeks notice of going back to the office (in Newark which many remote or NYC based employees never signed up for), all while the company is hiring loads of offshore workers in India and Vietnam. Very clearly they are trying to reduce headcount without more layoffs (for now). Aside from that this company is a dinosaur with no innovation, ancient processes, and littered with egomaniac micromanagers. You can get paid more almost anywhere else for significantly less headaches.
