When people leave, they are not replaced and everyone left is expected to take on the responsibilities. Limited communications from senior management. Some hoopla on big picture but day to day needs and info a rarity. No formal memorialization of employees that have passed on. Despite a really productive year, annual increases which took more than 6 months were significantly diminished.
