The people reporting to the senior manager are competent and possess the ability to lead and develop their teams. The projects are exciting and often cutting edge pushing the boundaries of technology. The executives, mainly the CEO and CTO, have the experience to drive WebMD to the next level of profit.

Atlanta's most senior manager has been stretched beyond professional ability. The senior manager would be unprofessional in meetings, and on many occasions the anger or outburst was in excess of what would normally be expected. Equally disturbing, the senior manager would not have all relevant details prior to the outburst and was often unjustified. This made for a very difficult work environment at times and was the reason for many people leaving the company in the past couple of years.
