Had very good development practices and intelligent people when I was working there. Very good at identifying good talent and on-boarding.

Its lost a lot of the people that made that culture successful. Had way too many re-orgranizations of executives. Is now moving more to big IT shop focus vs. development shop focus based on feedback from outside consultants.
