Benefits were nice, especially flexible start time. There were cool events and people to work with.

They overwork their new hires, primarily caring about how much you can provide for them, hence high turnover rate. You have to track every single little action you do for payroll. If something takes you longer to finish, they will look negatively upon you. If you have not completed a part of training related to tasks, they will still assign those tasks to you regardless and expect you to know what you're doing. Also misinforms new employees of their expectations during the probation period. Toxic positivity truly is a thing!
