Very friendly and professional owner with good communication Got to work on a variety of interesting projects and had creative freedom to do what I believed was best based on the wants and needs of the client Was always given constructive feedback when something needed to be changed and praise when things were done well Almost always paid on time (I believe there was just 1 week when it was several days late but this was clearly explained to me and apologized for)

Inconsistent hours (this is common for the type of job though, and it ranged from about 0 to 15 hours per week, with an average on the lower end) At one point my pay was lowered by $3/hr to be more in line with other employees
