Pros

Love the work. Everyone in the company has the same work-hard mentality. Everyone is striving towards the same goal. I have found out that everyone is looking to help you out. You also get to learn so much about start-ups and how businesses are run. It's exciting to see the work you do helps a lot of other companies achieve their goals!

There is a lot of information to learn at the beginning. As this is a start-up, the company is constantly updating, so this can make the first month or 2 quite strenuous.
