      Pros

      Wave has been by far the most supportive employer I've ever worked for. I feel heard and valued here. It's easy to believe in the company's goals ("helping small businesses succeed" is a noble one), and you feel that everyone working here loves their job. I had never stayed at work late by accident before. I love how open upper management is with the staff on how the company is doing. I never feel in the dark. I feel cared for, working for Wave. It's only fair for me to want to take care of Wave right back.

      The pacing can be a little much for folks not used to this kind of environments.

      Pros

      I have been working at Wave for over three years. I have watched the company grow from 70 employees to over 250. I can genuinely say the culture has remained to be one that feels like a family, we push each other to be the best we can be, and the leadership team is truly supportive. Looking back at my time at Wave has been incredible. The room for growth is enormous, and if you have passion, drive and love, what you do, Wave makes anything possible. Not only do we have a yoga room, an arcade, beer fridge and unlimited snacks; it's more than just that. The people, the leadership and our customers also make this all possible and make Wave a great place to work.

      There are no RRSPs, as a young professional this is top of mind when it comes to saving for retirement.
