Watermark always had my best interest at heart. They were career partners, not employers. I was offer a job in 2017 from a large defense contractor. I insisted on partnering with Watermark. They made my life so much simpler.

Not a huge firm...if that is a negative.

Watermark is and was like a family, they took care of their employees from the first interview to the the moment I had to take another position. They offered great benefits and were very knowledgeable when it came to questions I had about the contract. If I wouldve had it my way I wouldve worked for watermark till I die it was that enjoyable.

I wish they had more contracts so I could refer more people to work for them they were that amazing.
