We're pleased to hear that you appreciate our company perks and benefits. We strive to provide a supportive and engaging workplace for all our employees.
However, we also understand that maintaining a healthy work-life balance is crucial. We are sorry to hear that you feel this is an area where we can improve. We are actively looking into ways to better support our team members in this regard, whether through flexible scheduling, improved workload management, or other initiatives. We recently launched a new ERP software called DOit that has made day to day tasks less manual and has improved automation. We expect this will continue to improve individual tasks of each team member. In addition to this, at this time we do not expect employees to work more than their scheduled work hours, which is typically 40 hours per week.
If you have specific suggestions or concerns you'd like to share, we encourage you to reach out to human resources. Your input is valuable to us, and we're committed to finding ways to enhance the overall work experience for our employees.
