Onboarding and expectations felt unclear, making it difficult to understand success criteria. Feedback was inconsistent and not always actionable. I left within 5 weeks as it became clear the culture and support structure weren’t the right fit. I also rarely met anyone who had been with the company longer than 1–2 years, which contributed to a sense of turnover and instability. Leadership often delegated difficult conversations instead of addressing them directly, which made communication feel indirect. Compensation didn’t feel aligned with workload or expectations.
