No work and life balance. The company does not care for their team members and continue to reduce hours and team members however the demand for execution is non- stop. You are expected to run a multimillion dollar store with almost no employees and then be hold accountable because the customer service scores are low how in the world do you pretend to demand something like that when there are no employees to provide the service.
