No WFH Since IT is not their primary Domain(IT people miss the lack of proper support and recognition) Pay is up to market standards No Perks/Benifits Projects are not that great They would expect for a Quick delivery, even though it is very tight, they would agree for a quick deadline with clients to impress them, so you will end up working late.
