Crying shame - Electrician bei Wabtec: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Much nepotism/mates etc in regard to selection of Team Leaders / Supervisors / Managers. Bullying is quite commonplace. Far too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. Most Team Leaders / Supervisors / Managers have little in the way of job experience resulting in the blokes on shop floor keeping the ship afloat. Recruitment of young lads who are thrown in the deep end with little support and training. Given all of the above, there is no surprise mass redundancies are on the horizon and Wabtec is slowly going down the pan.
