      Amazing training, home environment, and many tools for continuing and expanding your knowledge. Good health benefits and a very encouraging team and management. Open communication and daily updates.

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Kontras

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
