Pros
Good job to learn from if you are new to the industry. Benefits are good and HR is helpful. Most people are friendly and easy to get along with. Still talk to some of the guys.
Kontras
Not too long ago they were bought out by a large company (WABTEC) and thats when things started getting uptight. Went from khaki's and polo to button up shirt and tie. Needless to say I never wore a tie so maybe that's a reason I was part of the layoff crew. lol who care though. Changed a lot in the few years I was there. BTW I think you may be laid off before the guys in India will be. If you are not there for at least 3 years then you will get crap for your 401K. I was there about 2.5 years and only got about 3 grand of my 12 grand I had in my 401K. Yeah crappy.
