Some training was reasonably good (until the HR Manager left for pastures new and wasn't replaced), generally friendly (with several exceptions),

Huge staff turnover seen in all parts of the business during my time there (over 3 years), broken promises about progression and pay, probably the lowest comparable pay in the sector (?), appalling bonus scheme and staff "incentives" that both demotivated and were frankly insulting once I knew better, office was tatty and dirty, company website was an embarrassment, expenses/travel remunerated at the lowest possible rates, I did not feel valued or heard when issues were raised, meaningless appraisal process, I had zero respect for the company by the time I left.
