I like working at wdvm the employees at the station with nice people who cared about the station and the quality of there work . Even though the building was a touch environment to work at physically and and ascetically .

As a sales person selling the stations advertising the position is challenging I was an outside representative and i had a draw against commission . The draw meant that i had to see over $14,000 per month just to cover the draw before i could make commission . This is a very competitive sales environment there are many avenues a client or prospect can go to to advertise their business . You will be micromanaged even though management will tell you its not their preference . Morning call in to discuss your days everyday , Sometimes afternoon call ins to discuss how your day unfolded , weekly sales meetings , lots of training every week , weekly one on ones with your manager , must set up 12 appointments per week minimum , managers are overwhelmed sometimes and may not be able to work with you on a timely basis , turnover in sales is high , while i was there over 90 % of the force turned over
