I work in the Finance Department and we have seen many changes in the last few years. Finance and HR have had the most turnover and the good people left and now just clowns are left managing the functions. In my interactions with HR managers, it amazes me just how incompetent they are, very self serving and really care just about their projects. Now we also have these types of folks in the Finance department too. This place is going downhill and fast! It never used to be this way, many years ago we had great collaboration between Finance and HR, but now just clowns run HR and they are low talent indeed. On top of this, the pay and benefits are crap and so bad in regards to other companies in the Valley...my advice - look somewhere else, find a place with a healthy culture, definitely not this one/
