Client groups are wonderful It was a wonderful company before the iunsurgence of the Cisco leaders

Toxic culture in HR. If you are not from Cisco, you cannot be successful. They will tell you that you are valued; however, they will hire a young low level person from Cisco secretely and then lay you off. The pay is significantly lower than most tech companies, the bonuses are terrible and the stock grants are almost non-existent given it all goes to the Execs. There is a HUGE age discrimination issue and it's common for leaders in HR to say we need to lay off older workers and hire younger employees in their place. The behavior at the top is appauling and unethical, but there is no checks and balances because they all came over from Cisco and feel they are untouchable, and the BOD does nothing to address this. The CPO preaches to the business about how to treat their people, but does nothing to build a great culture within her own org. She is not a strong leader and was pushed out by Cisco for incompetence. The people they are hiring are those who cannot get a job anywhere else and will take low pay so it's not a strong team that you can learn from or want to work with. The turnover in HR has been astronomical and they don't care. The benefits are below par, the 401k match is weak, merit increases are low (and some years there are none) and the bonuses are low (even in years when revenue is off the charts. It's a 1-2 on a scale of 10. You can do better!

- The company itself is doing well financially, allowing departments to take on bigger projects - Great work-life balance culture and unlimited PTO that actually allows for generate usage - Casual culture that encourages collaboration - Non-salary benefits are strong, with even lower-level employees benefiting from the stock purchase plan

Kontras

- Despite its strong position, the company does trim headcount for the sake of efficiency - Work ethic seems complacent, but is offset by company's strong financial standing - Management can be cut-throat, but strong performers usually do well - Salaries are below market rate
