Flexible working schedule, friendly co-worker, great ESPP program. Management generally open to changes that improve efficiency. Fast working pace to keep you busy for challenge. People who perform will generally get promoted.
Kontras
Company is cost efficient so there is not much work perk. Many people are forced to take two weeks shutdown using their own vacation. Working space is tight and is getting worse as more people coming in. Health Care benefit is subpar as only HSA is offered.
