Where to begin upper management wants more done with less people. No raises ever so how can you want to work here knowing that you will be paid the same for ever. management does not care about it's people, if you don't like it you can leave attitude. Everyone is stretched so thin there are high levels of stress this place should fold in about 5 years time to get off the titanic.
