- Flexibility of advancement - Great co-workers - Friendly older engineers that are open to mentor younger engineers

Kontras

- Experience at the company really depends on Managers - Advancement also depends on the managers, I was promised a promotion was on the horizon for two years that never materialized but a co-worked was promoted twice in the same time frame. - Nepotism is so strong at this company it is un-real. I saw a engineer get hired in because he was dating the bosses daughter. I also saw preferential promotions over actual performance because the person being promoted wife was besties with the manager.

- Despite its strong position, the company does trim headcount for the sake of efficiency - Work ethic seems complacent, but is offset by company's strong financial standing - Management can be cut-throat, but strong performers usually do well - Salaries are below market rate
