Everything is wrong with this company: There is no organization. The on-boarding is the worst, but they expect you to jump right in. You can't even use the PTO you have earned without a hassle. No applicable training except videos on how to use the tool being used to stalk you. No promotion or raises. No morale whatsoever. 4 out of 5 employees are unhappy and are constantly talking smack about the incompetent CEO who has a knack of hiring idiots for management roles. But those unhappy employees are still there and too scared to venture out because they are being controlled by fear and so much toxicity.
