Not filling open positions, forcing more work on high performers with no benefit. Management does not care about work life balance or supporting employees where they are in their lives. I.e.) Adoption, medical issues, small children, etc. Long standing employees are leaving or looking to leave. There is no reward for extra effort. Grace only wants sacrifice from their employees. They are eliminating all reasons that made Grace a great place to work. They are content with being mediocre. Management directed talent moves results in jobs not being posted and individuals losing the ability to make career decisions for themselves.
