Culture is close to a top fortune 500, since i come from those previous assignment. Good product technologies, some smart people, well integrated organization, hence get global perspective on matter. Company has good potential to grow from its current base.

Being a global flat matrix reporting structure, it leads to conflicts. Less managerial assignments more individual contributor roles in the offering, manager can make or break the career, hence wise to be clear on what role, which manager under which you are opting / asked to work / join.
