The customers are nice and you learn customer service.

-management/ supervisors talk down to workers lower on the career ladder+make them feel incompetent when really they just weren't clear about what they wanted -it's difficult to move up -you're forced to put in money every pay check to join a union they don't tell you about until after you're given the job -They don't let you do sweeps every 20 minutes like you're supposed to, but if someone slips on something you will be personally blamed -uniforms are unflattering
