Flex-time. Flexibility around work. Training programs are available. There is an intern advisory board that allows you to talk about anything with the advisor and other fellow interns. Women advancement is near impossible (14% women in management roles). Management needs to change. Laissez-Faire does not work. Overall, purchasing has a great group of people. Most of the talented, skilled people are stuck with all the work.
