Pros

Salary is comparability good compared to similar profiles in companies like IBM. Good work life balance. Managers does not micro manage.

Kontras

Average annual hikes. No training or employee development. Few opportunities for travel. Promotions even for deserving people takes years to happen. Meager yearly bonuses even though that is a salary component that HR entices new hires with (Its 10% of CTC and that is not included in the offer letter - seems very enticing but that rarely translates to anything substantial)

Pros

Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

Kontras

Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

Vacation, parental leave, cafeteria, DEI.

I feel like decisions are made by people not involved in processes which results in day to day activities becoming more and more difficult. Unable to schedule projects to save their lives. So many last minute tests and drop in testing, theres almost no point to schedule testing.
