This Germany MNC in Kolkata has been become an Indian lala. Business and work culture wise this company is deteriorating day by day due to very orthodox and critical mentality of management. Especially is not taking care of automation right way...no body, no body couldn't able to stay long term in automation department. One more pain point is, this company doesn't treat wise during notice period and reliving time.
