Constant battle between management and workers. Management takes pride in firing as many people as they can There is a chance you could work here try it. But be fully prepared for big time drama. Even in the union plants. Apparently even there people think snitching is ok. Everyone is so concerned about what "your" doing they create problems. If everything is good amungst employees then management makes drama, and vise versa. So don't say I didn't try to warn you. Oh and there is absolutely no room for advancement, unless you treat your employees like garbage because I have personally watched 3 of the 10 supervisors who were actually good get fired for taking sides of their employees over management
