Pay scale is just slightly less than other comparable area industrial companies. Hourly employees eligible to earn personal paid time off. Diversified products some of which interface with utilities companies, offer some stability although that has begun to change for the worse recently.
Kontras
Management placing and continuing to allow inappropriate and unqualified persons in managerial roles. This leads to much negativity and undue stress. Hard to believe this is allowed to happen but it is rampant within the company.
