we can learn lot many things, well supervision and guidance of superiors and seniors, not only technically but in several others areas too....!!

Here maintenance and lack of good recognition and proper encouragement to employees....if they can give importance in this area, employee satisfaction will be infinite.

Most of the employees who join VoiceGate will not leave the organization unless management asks for.

Compensation is good but not excellent
