At Visionist, it's been clear that they care about their employees from day one. Nothing over the past 5+ years has made me feel any differently. Not all work is co-located, different contracts are at different locations. However, the company has a strong presence in their on-line collaboration space and there are plenty of after hour and team build events that you always feel like part of the Visionist family, despite sitting apart during the work day.
