If you are billable, you will maintain your job because you are revenue generating however, you will be disinvited to vital corporate meetings. If you are not billable...sayonara my friend you will be fired (for having a differing opinion). If you put in 70-80 hours a week you are considered a top-notch employee. If you prefer a balanced life...seek employment elsewhere...this is not a company that you will succeed in if you want to spend time with your family and friends.
