Good pay, solid revenue from traditional products ensures company can weather most crisis without retrenchment. HQ appears to be trying to inculcate good culture into the divisions.
Kontras
Lots of 'yes' men in lower and middle management. This results to poor company culture on accountability, backward engineering practices that prefers what has worked rather than try anything new. Image is more important than real skills and abilities. Poor regard for work-life balance - leaving on time is frowned upon, and working late is considered a norm.
