You are required to go out and buy your equipment for the job and cover all business expenses for 60 days out of pocket, Hotels, Airbnbs, Hostels, You can pick a contract and get paid every 60 days or 30 days but picking a 30 day pay rate means making less money and having the same amount of long term expenses. The company also sends you to cell site after cell site with access issues and little to no information about the site. You can be missing the access codes needed to gain access to the site and some sites require a 24 HR notice prior to the inspection and sometimes they don't tell you that ahead of time so you drive 30 minutes or more to a site to find out that you needed 24 hour notice. The Company will provide a DSLR camera and other equipment for the job and you are required to pay for the return shipping thru-FEDEX even when they send you faulty equipment. The equipment is poorly taken care of by the company and they also do a very poor job inspecting the equipment as its exchanged between contractors. If the equipment stops working while its in your possession. They will also try to get you to pay for it even if it was an existing issue before you received it. The company will also try to claim they after you returned the equipment that you did not return all of it and dock your pay for said equipment so its very important to document the condition of the equipment upon receiving it and document what's in the box when you return it to help avoid they're dishonesty and bad business practices. Training is also almost non-existent. They offer less than a full day of training and expect you to perform this job in such an outstanding way when you were not trained properly. They also want you to format folders in a certain way for the photo uploads but they don't go over how the formatting works. You then get to listen to management for a week remind you that you are not formatting them the way they want you to.. Like your telepathic or something. They also don't provide all the tools needed for a job or give you a tool list so that you can buy these out of pocket. They will let you know that you need a certain tool after you run into the issue of not having a tool. So then you get to drive 15-30 minutes out of the way to buy the tool and then all the way back to the site to complete the job. Your only paid if you complete the full audit of the site for the most part so it extremely important that you can do as many as you can a day.
