      Lots of opportunities for advancement. Generous vacation. Very stable workplace. Receive university benefits such as library card, access to fitness areas, and transportation.

      Fairly low pay. Very few opportunities for creative expression. If you don't take vacation in the summer you will be absolutely bored out of your mind.
