1. No base pay 2. Misleading for the new joiner / just put commission base job for job adv next time instead of misleading people thinking is a base plus comm job 3. Despite no base pay but there will still be sale targets hit , will have to extra hours if you are not good with sale or an extrovert 4. Very high turn over rate , come and go job 5. Don't join if you don't have at least 6 months of income , there will be months when you will only earn less than $700/ month despite working long hours and hard and just starting out. so if you have a lot of expenses to pay monthly . this job is not for you 6.
