Pay can be a little low if you are first coming in. It's going to take many years of dedication to progress with income. There is no problem with working your way up the ladder, but expect to start low first going in.

Very nice people, family atmosphere.

Incredibly awful pay and pay raises stop or drop to next to nothing once you get to a certain (very low) pay-point. Management is unable to keep different departments working well together (i.e. Shipping/Logistics and Sales)
