The company really gives you the chance to make executive level decisions, no matter what your role is. You don't have to deal with the "red tape" of big corporate companies, so you really get to develop and grow your professional skills. The executive team is willing to provide guidance on any issue, which is an incredible bonus. ViaTech also gives you the ability to play multiple roles and further your career, if you are willing to put in the work for it.

Your day to day is really self driven in a lot of departments. Personally, I find this a pro, but if this is not your style, it can be overwhelming to find direction.
