Pros
The talent at Vessel was a great attraction for me. As an intern, I am looking to learn from highly skilled individuals and Vessel was a great place to do so. There were weekly one on one walks to sync up with the team leads during which I had the chance to set goals and grow professionally. There is also a conscious effort to make all decisions transparent to everyone. As a result, we were always in the loop when it came to the vision of the company. Vessel was also more than just a place to work. I was given a lot of support when a personal issue came up. I never expected this much support and was truly grateful that my first internship away from home was at Vessel.
