It's very easy to get hired (they have VERY low standards). If you are drug-free, have no criminal history, and possess a heartbeat and a pulse you'll get hired.

Promotions are made under the table - contrary to their written corporate guidelines - and are based solely on the relationship with site management. Account managers with little or no experience are supervising guards with 20+ years of experience, and the outcome is reflected in a very high employee turnover rate. Finally, the pay is one of the lowest in the industry, further impacting the high employee turnover rate.
