      Pros

      Company has managers and coworkers that will help you succeed as long as you put in the effort. Business is growing and adapting to change. Versacall is customer focused. Good work/life balance and schedule allows for that. If you’re self motivated and ready to put in the work (not just have things handed to you) this company can be a good career for you or stepping stone to further your goals.

      You will have to learn to self manage at times and stay focused. There are slow periods where business dies down but can pick up suddenly. Be prepared.

      Pros

      The work environment here has been very positive since day one. Thanks to management and my coworkers, I continue to learn and grow personally and professionally, which I absolutely love. VersaCall does not hesitate to invest in their employees and their customers. Team Building Outings and lunches are great! Schedules are pretty flexible, which makes Work-Life Balance easy.

      None, small business, no rules, no training.

      Gossip, low pay, no opportunities to move up. Read the old Glassdoor reviews carefully, they are true.
