The pay is top of the industry (in a union job) and the benefits are outstanding. There are lots of locations to work at thru the bidding process.
Kontras
Adversarial relationship between management and union leads to petty conflicts. Company is top heavy with management so bad ideas get pushed forward in the name of "accomplishments" Employees have very little feedback about how to do their jobs. In the end, customer service suffers.
