Weakening company culture. Verint is in need of more ‘purposeful leadership.’ Verint also lacks ‘sustainability’ within its culture. Verint needs to find a way to get total engagement from all employees. Sr. Leadership is ‘stuck’ on tradition, preferences and conveniences. The company’s recent financial turmoil is a result of this. With all the rapid growth the company has experienced over the years with acquisitions and inorganic growth the company has not done a good job at ensuring that its core values are part of their strategy development, talent decisions, performance management decisions, promotion decisions, etc. Verint has forgotten how to integrate their practical values as part of their cultural movement.
